During the holiday season lead time may be extended.
Most orders for devices available in stock are shipped within 7 business days of payment being credited in our bank account (prepayment). The shipping date for devices marked as “ask for price” is determined individually and depends on the agreed configuration.
Shipments are usually delivered on the second business day after dispatch. Shipments are sent out daily on business days (Monday to Friday).
The delivery time consists of the time to prepare the order for shipment + the delivery time by the courier company.
DELIVERY OPTIONS:
UPS courier prepayment: 35 PLN
InPost courier prepayment: 30 PLN
- goods are delivered by courier only on business days (Monday to Friday)
- change of delivery address is possible only before shipment
- The recipient undertakes to receive the parcel. Couriers are not obliged to contact the recipient by phone; they will make two attempts to deliver.
- All information about the shipment is sent by the carrier to the email address provided during the order placement.
- in case of two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the notified package can be collected at the nearest courier company branch.
Parcel locker: 25 PLN
- after delivery to the parcel locker, the customer will be notified to the email address provided during the order placement.
- parcels are placed in the parcel locker from Monday to Friday. Parcel lockers operate 24/7.
- The customer/recipient has 2 days to collect the shipment; after this time, the package will be returned to the sender.
Tracking of shipments is possible on the courier company’s websites.
IMPORTANT:
If the parcel sent by courier or ‘parcel locker’ is not collected and the goods are returned to the Seller, the Buyer is obliged to cover the costs of returning the package, which are equivalent to the costs of shipping the goods according to the deliver method chosen by the Buyer.
